Apply to Vend at One of Our Markets
CURRENT APPLICATION IS FOR:
Saturday December 20th, 2025 4-8pm @ Pop Life Cleveland - 15619 Waterloo Rd. Cleveland, OH 44110
- Set up will begin at 2:30pm. We’re back to indoor vendors only for the colder months so spots are limited! The earlier you apply the better your chance is to be selected. We will only have 8-9 vendors total when indoors-only!
VENDOR FEE: $60
BOOTH SIZE: All booths are roughly 6x4ft! This is enough space for either: ONE 6ft table, ONE 2-4ft table + a small 2-4ft standing display/rack, OR ONE 6ft clothing rack! Please plan your setup accordingly as the venue is pretty small and spots will be very close together!
Filling out this form means you are applying to the event listed above and agree to/understand our policies:
Vendors must bring their own table and chairs!
I understand I may not arrive late or pack-up early, otherwise I may no longer be considered for future markets.
I understand the vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions!
Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required to operate their business at the event. (This will mostly apply to food and drink vendors as well as body mod vendors).
I understand I have 48 hours to pay my vendor fee once I receive my acceptance email, or my spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Vendor agrees to follow all instructions provided by coordinator via email and/or social media communication.
