Apply to Vend at One of Our Markets
CURRENT APPLICATION IS FOR:
Saturday July 18th, 2026 4-8pm @ Pop Life Cleveland - 15619 Waterloo Rd. Cleveland, OH 44110
- Set up will begin at 2pm for OUTDOOR VENDORS and 3pm for INDOOR VENDORS. There will only be 8 indoor vendor spots, so most accepted vendors will be outdoors!
VENDOR FEES:
OUTDOOR VENDORS: $60
INDOOR VENDORS: $50
BOOTH SIZE:
All OUTDOOR booths are roughly 10×10ft and will accommodate a standard 10×10 tent. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and chairs. Vendor is REQUIRED to bring weights for their tent legs for safety reasons, otherwise you may be asked to take down your tent.
All INDOOR booths are roughly 6x4ft! This is enough space for either: ONE 6ft table, ONE 2-4ft table + a small 2-4ft standing display/rack, OR ONE 6ft clothing rack! Please plan your setup accordingly as the venue is pretty small and spots will be very close together!
Filling out this form means you are applying to the event listed above and agree to/understand our policies:
Vendors must bring their own table and chairs! Outdoor vendors must bring their own tent and tent weights.
I understand I may not arrive late or pack-up early, otherwise I may no longer be considered for future markets.
I understand the vendor fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable, no exceptions!
Vendor shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals required to operate their business at the event. (This will mostly apply to food and drink vendors).
I understand I have 48 hours to pay my vendor fee once I receive my acceptance email, or my spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Vendor agrees to follow all instructions provided by coordinator via email and/or social media communication.
